helpful staff comfortable seating
i found the staff helpful. a member of the reception team escorted me to my room. it offered a helpful overview of its features. the room had ample storage and a comfortable seating area.
the hotel has a restrictive drop off. i had to wait 15 minutes on checkout. i then walked out to the main street with luggage. this doesn't work when more than one or two cars are checking in.

i enjoyed dinner at the fire restaurant. the spiced monkfish stood out as a nice dish. breakfast was equally excellent. the craster kippers were the best i've ever had!!!

an exquisite and nice stay
warm welcome fine design amazing care really good service
The staff greeted us warmly. the room design was fine and everything was immaculate. dining at the restaurant was also a highlight. The team there took amazing care of us. the service was really good from start to finish. Everyone seemed to care about creating nice moments.
the corridors seemed a bit dark and navigating to the lifts was slightly difficult at times.

The hotel offered access to both fire and brass bars. we enjoyed the chic spaces and unique atmosphere. the transformation of the hotel is amazing. The design elements really stood out. the internal courtyard provided a sense of privacy.

great location friendly staff sparkling water
The location is AMAZING. I could walk to many places. The staff were very friendly. My room had many nice amenities. There was even sparkling water. The shortbread was a GREAT touch.
The music from nearby bars was a bit loud in my room, especially late at night.

attentive staff super clean room good minibar
The staff greeted me warmly and were attentive. My Club Double Room was super clean. The minibar included drinks, snacks, and sweet treats. I especially liked the 'Wata' tins.
The corridors were dark, and it was difficult to find the lifts.

continental spread cooked options dreadful attitude aggressive supervisor
the room was spacious and super clean the minibar was great. i appreciated the mix of drinks, snacks, and sweets. the staff were attentive at breakfast i had a nice continental spread and many cooked options.
the doorman said there were no seats i was told i needed to move. the supervisor's attitude was dreadful she was aggressive. i was celebrating a night as a couple the experience was bad.

pleasant staff cute staff large room inaccurate menu closed restaurant broken coffee machine
The staff members I encountered were pleasant. They were also cute. My Club Double Room was larger than most I have stayed in. Breakfast included a full English.
The menu was accessible before arrival, but it was inaccurate. The restaurant was closed, though the website stated otherwise. The coffee machine was broken at first, then fixed!
